I received a call from RT International, requesting commentary regarding the ongoing persecution of Christians in Ukraine.
This topic is of great interest to me. I have met priests from Ukraine, who told me about the persecution against Orthodox Christians that has been going on for several years there. I met personally with refugees from Ukraine who fled to the safety of Russia. And I have seen film footage of the reality on the ground in Ukraine.
The government authorities in Ukraine, which illegitimately took power in 2014, have not ceased attacking and persecuting Orthodox Christians and churches in Ukraine over the past ten years. These persecuted people are our brothers in Christ, and they need our prayers and support.
Here is the resulting spot that went on-air:
It's good to get the information out there regarding religious persecution in Ukraine and quasi-persecution in the US (and Europe, too, for that matter). Unfortunately with RT and all Russian media banned in the west (because, you know, democracy!) very few people will be aware of it, and the info which does leak through will simply be dismissed as Russian propaganda.
Keep on keepin' on. Russia is looking better and better every day. Just found out that Jesus is a woman in a production of Jesus Christ Superstar at a Christian college in the US. And Jesuits are sponsoring talks by pricy influencer trannies despite Pope's words against t'ism.
