Moscow Green-Lights "American Village" in Suburbs; Rostov "American Village" Continues Growing North of Moscow
House construction is scheduled to begin in 2024
Finally approved! The Moscow govt is putting its support behind Tim Kirby’s “American Village” just south of Moscow. Watch this recorded livestream video for details.
The original “American Village” project is also going well, a little over 3 hours north of Moscow, near Rostov Veliky, in the area where my family and I live. For example:
Construction recently started on a second American family home, just down the street from my house.
An Australian family purchased a 19 acre plot of land here. They have already moved to Russia, and they are planning to build a new home here on their land.
An American family just purchased a 19 acre plot here, with hopes to eventually move here and build on it.
A retired American professor has moved within a couple miles of here, has purchased several hundred acres of land, and is working to build a cattle farm.
A local young man from America is looking to get a 16 acre plot just down the road, with plans to build a home, marry, and raise a family here.
A Canadian family with eight children is hoping to arrive here this summer.
A Texas family with five children is scheduled to move here this year, in July.
Requests continue to come in from Americans, Canadians, Englishmen, and Australians, seeking details about how to purchase land near Rostov Veliky, how to build a home here, and most importantly, how to immigrate to Russia.

Immigration would be more promising if Russia changed their attitude towards citizens owning firearms. Especially pistols.
